More comprehensive than previous worship books, the Evangelical Lutheran Worship Pew Edition is still compact and easy to handle. It introduces a rich and broad selection of new songs and prayers-yet it includes much that churches know, cherish, and use from existing resources. Accompaniment editions are needed for musicians to support singing of the liturgy settings as well as hymns presented in melody-line versions in the Pew Edition.
