RETURN POLICY
Hurley's wants you to be pleased with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will do whatever is possible to resolve the situation. In many instances items can be returned for full credit; shipping charges will not be refunded. However, any return requires prior authorization.
Don't hesitate to contact us if there is any problem within ten days of receipt of the item. There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days! Dated or custom-ordered merchandise cannot be returned. Specially ordered items may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Items not eligible for return are Altar cloths, Statuary, Custom Sized Apparel and vestments, Closeout items, Furniture, and Church Signs)
PAYMENT
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Church Checks, and PO (Purchase Orders for Existing Customers with Open Account Status).
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SHIPPING
Any order received after 5 pm CST will not be entered until the next business day. Next-day and Second-Day Air shipments will always ship via UPS. Any Next-Day or second-day orders received after 12:00 PM CST will not be processed until the next business day. Some items may need to be fabricated or are not available for these rush shipments. We will contact you if your order does not qualify.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.
Orders are shipped Via UPS or USPS, so your package will arrive safely and with delivery confirmation. (We may use other carriers instead of UPS Ground to expedite your shipment. Standard Ground shipping may include UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail)
If you select "Pick up at the store," we will email you when your order is ready for pickup at our Fargo, ND, location.
Please allow additional processing and delivery time for international orders. International Orders will be shipped via UPS (the minimum shipping charge for most international orders is $30, charge is based on the weight and dimension of the box and could go as high as $1000 - we will contact you with a shipping price)
TAX
Sales tax is calculated during checkout. If you are a Church or School and we have your tax-exempt number, you will not be charged sales tax for your purchase.
